Places on Voice Medicine Rising are limited and held exclusively for you once you book. By booking you are committing to the full 9-session course.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, this represents your commitment to the full course fee — it is not a pay-as-you-go option. All instalments are due regardless of attendance.

Cancellations & Refunds

Life happens, and we get it :) You're welcome to change your mind within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund, no questions asked. After this window, and once the course begins, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We ask that you only book when you feel a genuine, wholehearted yes to showing up for all 9 sessions. This space is better with you in it!

Attendance

We meet for 9 Thursday evening sessions across 3 months. Attendance is your responsibility. If you miss a session, relevant exercises and resources will be shared in the private group chat, but no one-to-one catch-up or replay will be provided.

Doing the exercises in between sessions will SIGNIFICANTLY improve your voice & technique as you go along! And will mean you will likely get pretty amazing results from this course.

Health & Wellbeing

This course involves light breathwork, vocal exploration, and embodied sound practices, as well as occasional deeper somatic and emotional exploration. It is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment. If you have any health concerns please consult your doctor before joining.

Please let Katja know if you have any medical conditions or concerns beforehand.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. All participants are asked to honour the privacy and experiences of fellow members. This is a sacred space and so we shall treat is as such :)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to be able to sing?

Absolutely not! This isn't a singing course and there's no level of ability required. If you can make sound — and you can — you're welcome here.

I used to love singing but haven't in years. Is this still for me?

Yes, completely. So many women who join this kind of space are returning to sound after a long time away. You'll be met exactly where you are, with zero pressure to be anywhere else.

What if I feel really self-conscious about my voice? Honestly, that's one of the most common things women bring into this space - and it's more than welcome!
Everything we do together is gentle, non-performative, and entirely at your own pace. There's no performing here, only exploring.

Is this therapy?

It's not, no. While some sessions may feel deeply healing or nurturing, this isn't a clinical or therapeutic programme. Katja is trauma-informed and holds the space with real care and sensitivity - but this course isn't a replacement for professional mental health support.

What should I wear?

Something you feel comfortable and free in - you'll want to be able to breathe and move easily. Think cosy and relaxed rather than anything you'd worry about creasing!

What's included in the private group chat?

It's a warm space for connection, updates, sharing of experiences relevant to the course, and any exercises or resources Katja drops in between sessions. It's there to support and nourish your journey — not to add anything to your to-do list.

What if I can't make a session?

We'll miss you! Attendance is your responsibility and there are no one-to-one catch-ups, but relevant exercises will always be shared in the group chat so you don't lose the thread.

How many women will be in the group?

The group is kept intentionally quite small and intimate. Exact numbers will be confirmed closer to the start date, but you can expect a genuinely close, held container.
